Gluten-Free Buffalo Chicken Strips



  • Heat oil in large frying pan to 350 degrees.
  • Put Pizza Crust Mix in bowl.
  • Whisk milk and egg in another bowl.
  • Cut chicken into thin strips. Place in a separate bowl and set aside.
  • When oil is heated to desired temperature, use tongs to dip 4 to 5 chicken strips in egg mixture and then flour mix. Carefully drop strips into hot oil for 3 to 4 minutes.
  • Remove with flat strainer and place on cookie sheet lined with paper towel to absorb excess oil. Repeat.
  • Dip in Wing Time Buffalo Wing Sauce and enjoy!
