A convenient form of dried garli that can be added directly to liquids or rehydrated. Use in stir-frys, grilled meats and vegetables, sauts and sauces. Sprinkle garlic flakes on baked potatoes, garlic bread, or pasta dishes. To rehydrate, soak 1 part garlic in 2 parts water for 30 minutes. Use teaspoon garlic flakes in place of one fresh clove.
