Tolerant discloses the following information on their website:
Tolerant Foods was born in 2012 from a desire to create a pasta that anyone could consume. Each pasta is made with just one organic ingredient and are free from the top 8 major allergens which are eggs, milk, soy, shellfish, fish, tree nuts, peanuts, and wheat. They use natural, wholesome legumes, offering a plant-based pasta alternative everyone can enjoy.
Tolerant Foods uses red lentils, green lentils, or chickpea flour and are certified organic, gluten-free, non-GMO, kosher, and vegan. The pasta is produced in a dedicated gluten-free and allergen-free facility and uses no fillers or binders. After each run, all lines are thoroughly cleaned per GMP and FDA protocols to avoid cross-contamination. In addition, all chickpeas and lentil flours are sourced from strictly selected and approved suppliers, who systematically implement an analytical control plan and guarantee food safety.
