Using their farm-to-bowl philosophy, their organic ramen noodles are baked, not fried, with most being vegan. 

Unlike other standard ramen noodles, their heirloom wheat is traditionally milled to get a nuttier flavor and it is traditionally cultivated, guaranteeing its organic roots. Their roll and cut method helps to maintain the flavor.
