The Kashi Story:

Phil and Gayle Tauber founded companies that would allow them to offer their customers good sources of health in both athleticism and nutrition. They founded Kashi in 1981, specializing in over 90 products that are high-protein, complex-carbohydrate dense and that are low in fat and sodium. Their focus was on ready-to-eat cereals and cereal-based products.

They then set out to create a new cereal specifically for kids, so they went straight to the source. They assembled a team of 5 inspiring Gen Z leaders, each with a passion for the environment, sustainability, health, and food. These cereals and snacks were created for kids, by kids. Their Kashi Kids line is USDA Organic and Non-GMO Project Verified.
