When the mother of Bert Cohen was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis, she was required to follow a diet free of common allergens. Thus, the idea of Enjoy Life Foods was born. Founders Bert and Scott Mandell created the line of natural, non-GMO and certified gluten-free products that are also free from the 14 most common food allergens: wheat, peanuts, tree nuts, dairy, casein, soy, egg, sesame, sulfites, lupin, mustard, fish, shellfish, and crustaceans.
